Our new bar pan has been very popular at the craft shows. It measures 9" x 13" x 7/8" deep and fits the Nordic Ware® cake pan cover. It's great for bar cookies and brownies. A lot of people who already own the Nordic Ware® covered cake pan like to buy it as an optional bottom, or they'll buy the bar pan with a seasonal (or different) cover. Or, you can purchase a 3-piece combo (cake and bar bottoms), along with one lid that fits either).
We're also really excited about our new covered pie pans. The cover has a tab that allows the top to be snapped onto the pie plate. No more worries about a shifting cover!
We have the covers coated inside and out with a finely-textured baked-on finish in four rich colors: Navy Blue, Cranberry Red, Hunter Green, and Black. Our medium weight cake pans and brownie pans are also available in Terracotta Red. Then we engrave the design of your choice on the cover and personalize it as you wish. This is your chance to have fun and be as creative as you want to be or just go with one of our suggestions.
